Know your favorite song via Mobile Anything

Telkomsel introduced a new music service innovation, CariTau. Telkomsel's customers now can find millions of song titles in domestic and overseas along with the artist who brought the song is playing, and obtain a Personal Tone (NSP), mini-song, full tracks, and others.

Often times we hear a favorite song, whether from television, radio, CD player, or other music device. However, we do not know the song title and artist who brought him. According to the VP of Digital Music & Content Management Telkomsel Personal Krish, "Responding to this need, Telkomsel CariTau presents, namely services solutions to track detection to identify songs that are heard and inform the song title and artist to the customer, as well as download the song directly from the phone."

When listening to a song, customers simply contact 9090, and follow the instructions provided. After hearing the tone "beep", hold the phone to the speaker that plays the song for 10 seconds. Customers will then receive an SMS containing information on the song title, artist who brought the song, and links to download various content of the song, such as NSP, mini song, and full tracks.

This does not have to do with sophisticated mobile phone as CariTau service can be enjoyed using all types of mobile phones. To subscribe, simply call * 990 * 90 #. Customers are charged Rp 1,500 per week. Call costs to detect a song by calling 9090 amounted to USD 500 per 30 seconds. Telkomsel subscribers who do not subscribe CariTau charged Rp 1,000 while receiving SMS detection results on track.

Besides CariTau through calls to 9090, Telkomsel also has been providing SMS services CariTau 1222 to facilitate customers in finding the desired NSP. Simply send an SMS, type name> artis> or <judul lagu> or <komposer>, and send to 1222. Customers are charged at USD 500 for every 4 SMS messages sent.
