Job Vacancy Finance Manager – IFF Indonesia – International Flavors & Fragrances (Asia Pacific) Pte Ltd

This role reports to the Finance and Flavor BU Controller. The Finance Manager is responsible for the accounting, statutory and management reporting, tax and treasury activities of the IFF Indonesia which includes:

Oversee the Indonesia finance controlling matters including ensuring the statutory compliance of annual reporting, reconciling US GAAP to local audited accounts.Tax matters including tax advisory, filing annual tax returns and VAT/GST/Business Tax returns.Treasury matters, including cashflow planning, simple hedging placementResponsible for management of the outsourced accounting agents, which performs the backend finance and accounting functions.Responsible for establishment and roll up of finance policies, SOX and internal control procedures. Ensure compliance with US GAAP reporting.Responsible for all corporate secretarial matters Ensuring that the company complies with the credit control proceduresResponsible for payroll processing.Manage a team of 3 including an Accountant, and 2 outsourced clerical support, to ensure the accurate and timely financial and management reporting.Provide support to local operations/business units for Investment evaluation, business development and ad hoc projects

Requirements

Bachelor of Accountancy degree or equivalent.5 years post qualifying experience or more, of which a minimum of 2 must be managerial positionPreferably a CPAAudit experience is an added advantage.SAP knowledge preferable, but not necessary.Must be able to take initiative, have good communication skills and able to take on a leadership role.
